We know how important it is to have peace of mind when building your new home. It can be a stressful process that involves a lot of important decisions That’s why we’re here. We’ll handle the building of your home from the ground up – every step of the process – from preliminary civil work, design services, estimating and permits to finishing the last details, getting the certificate of occupancy, closing then handing over the keys. We will be in contact with you throughout the build process making sure you know what’s going on at every step. We’ll work diligently to make your home building experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. We take each project to heart and treat each home as if it were ours. After all, it has our name on it!

We’re located in beautiful North Forsyth County, but we will be happy to meet you at your property, at your home, at your office; at our property, after hours, whatever is most convenient for you. When you work with us, you’ll find we go the extra mile to make everything easier for you.
Our initial work is free!
Have your own set of house plans? Like our plans better and want to build one of ours instead? Know what you want but don’t know how to design it or just know that you want to build but no idea where to start? We can help! We’ll meet and discuss your dreams, your “must have’s”, your budget and then we’ll provide you an initial construction cost estimate at no charge. Free is the best!
Own land and want to build?
No problem! If you love one of our floor plans and want us to build it on your lot, we will be happy to visit your site, do a free first inspection to make sure the home will “fit” the lot and then we’ll give you a free initial build cost estimate.
What we build:
M4 is a Boutique Home Builder, meaning we chose to build 1-2 homes a year. This means we are committed to and focused on your home until you move in. When you contract with us, you don’t have to worry about our attention being spread to numerous other houses and clients. Once under contract, you and your home, are our ONLY priority.
What is a Custom Home?
A custom home is a one-of-a-kind home, built from a unique set of plans that is designed for a specific client for a specific location. The client is involved from preliminary plans and preconstruction through completion. A custom home gives the owner the opportunity to control the layout, design, interiors, lights, fixtures, flooring. Each home is an exceptional project where every detail and decision is unique to the home and your taste.
What is a Semi-Custom Home?
Semi-custom homes are pre-designed house styles determined by pre-existing floor plans. These homes are traditionally built on development land owned by the builder, but the client can browse through and choose feature and design options and in some cases, minimal layout and floor plan changes, prior to the start of construction.
What is a Spec Home?
A spec home is a brand new property that is financed and owned by the builder before it’s marketed and bought by the consumer. Every aspect of the home; layout, positioning, features, flooring, appliances are chosen by the builder, not the buyer.
